Standard Monthly Management Fees

Option A

7% of scheduled rent for the first 90 days; then 8% of collected rent thereafter. This includes all of our management services from screening the tenants, coordinating the maintenance of the building, collecting the rents, pay all bills, handling tenant calls and complaints, rendering a comprehensive monthly statement and net proceeds and inspecting the exterior regularly and interiors annually. Percentage changes according to number of units as stated to the right.

Option B

7% of scheduled rent for the duration of the management contract. This includes all of our management services as mentioned above in Option A.

Actual Price is based on the condition of the property, location and delinquency of rents and any other factors relating to the property and the type of management required.
