Introduction to Condominium Management and Other HOA Associations

REMS Inc. is a third generation family owned California Corporation. We have a long history of managing Home Owners Associations, and we specialize in finding solutions for troubled properties.

We provide the Board with a wide variety of services including accounting, budgeting, record keeping, assessment collection, bill payment, meeting coordination and common area maintenance.

Our staff has over 125 years of collective Real Estate and Management experience and includes 2 Certified Property Managers (CPM) as well as a B1 General Contractor and a plumbing contractor.

We work with the Board of Directors to establish a budget for operating funds for those annually recurring expenses such as insurance, management, common area utilities and maintenance.

The other budget is for the reserve fund that includes funds needed for repairs and replacement of major components of the property that the association maintains.
